Rates
From as little as £58 per night for up to 4 guests and £75 per night for 6 guests. Please contact us for more information and a quote as rates will fluctuate seasonally.
Terms and Conditions
Please note: all we need to get your booking secured is a 25% (non-refundable) deposit of the total rental cost outlined at the time of booking. The remaining balance is required 8 weeks before your visit. For late bookings of less than 8 weeks payment must be made in full.
Cancellations: if a cancellation is made 8 weeks or before the arrival date the remaining balance will be refunded (less the 25% deposit). If the cancellation is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date the total fee will be lost. Important: we strongly advise that you take out relevant travel insurance to cover you against unexpected changes in circumstances.
Payment Methods: All deposits are made to a UK bank account via bank transfer. Balance of payments are to be made to a Bank of Cyprus account via bank transfer (please note a small charge may be applied by your bank for using this service). Full details will be given at time of booking.
